In the beginning Tango was only danced by men, accompanied by flutes, violins and guitars. The flutes were later replaced by the “bandoneón” (a type of accordion), which gave the Tango its distinctive flavor. Reflecting the nostalgia and melancholy of mostly European immigrants, the tango brought up some great musicians, such as Astor Piazzolla and Anibal Troilo. Transfer from the hotel and drive to one of the famous Tango Houses for dinner including drinks. Then enjoy a tango show with its music, singing and dancing. Dinner includes entrée, main course, dessert & drinks Viejo Almacen became a unique spot thanks to its surroundings and to an authentic style nourished by a popularity built through the years.
